Born and raised just outside Toronto, Chris began cooking professionally at
16. He attended Humber college and continued his training at some of the
busiest restaurants in the greater Toronto area. Chris made the move west
to Whistler in 2003. Two years later he moved to Revelstoke finding a place
in the mountains that matched his soul.

“For me, cooking is the ultimate craft. There are more flavours and
colours, more textures and smells than can be imagined. The satisfaction
that people get from a well prepared meal, and the look on their faces as they
eat something that has be cooked from the heart with good ingredients says
it all. There are few simple pleasures left in life and I am proud and
thankful that I get to share my passion with guests from all over the
world.”
